Refund Policy

According to our Terms of Service:

1.0: You may within 15 calendar days of placing an Order amend or cancel an Order with getting a refund by providing Us with written notice. If You amend or cancel an Order, Your liability to Us shall be limited to payment to Us of all costs We reasonably incur in fulfilling the Order until We receive Your written amendment or refund request. However, where the cancelation or amendment is due to Our failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions You shall have no liability to Us for it.

1.1: All customers are entitled to benefit from Our 15 days 50% money back guarantee in respect of the following services:

• Web Hosting
• Game VPS Hosting
• Game VDS Hosting
• Game Windows Hosting

Except for customers who have already benefitted from Our money back guarantee who subsequently re-order the same service and provided that in all cases, in respect of any usage made of the Service(s) during the 15 days period, a pro rata amount shall be deducted from the refund.
The 15 days period commences on the date You first use the relevant Service or the date We state that the relevant Service will be available in the Service Confirmation, whichever is earlier.

GAME VPS DDOS Attack Refund Policy

1.2: When you receive a DDOS attack and we can't resolve the ddos attack with in 3 days we will refund your vps payment to make sure you have a choice to try our Best Solution to your Servers.

PRODUCT SERVICE: GAME VPS

NOTICE:
- this is included the new customer's and old customer's.
- if the vps is unresponsive during the attacking days we will refund it 100%.
- if the vps is running but your game servers is getting a map crashes or something problem, that is not included on the Refund Polecy.

AMD VPS|VDS Refund Policy

1.3: There will be no refunds for Any AMD Service due to the Path DDOS Filter and Cloudflare Magic Transit DDOS Protection binded in the VPS/VDS and DEDICATED are not refundable.
PRODUCT SERVICE BELLOW
- RYZEN 5950X Series We will refund your payment if you receive a DDOS attack and We do not resolve the DDOS Attack.
- RYZEN 5800X Series We will refund your payment if you receive a DDOS attack and We do not resolve the DDOS Attack.
- RYZEN LINUX Series We will refund your payment if you receive a DDOS attack and We do not resolve the DDOS Attack.
- AMD EPYC Series We will refund your payment if you receive a DDOS attack and We do not resolve the DDOS Attack.

NOTICE:

Web Hosting Refund Policy

1.4: We will refund 100% of your Payment if the Web Hosting don't meet your requirements.
If the Payment is from Paypal, We will refund 75% of your payments.

NOTICE: this is not included the Domain Hosting. there is no refund on the Domain Hosting.

REFUNDING FUNDS

1.4: We refund your payment 50% of your payments it depends on the service we support to offer a refund.
- DDOS Attack Refundment.
- Game VPS Refundment.
- Webhost Refundment.
- Domain Hosting (100% NO REFUND ON DOMAIN HOSTING).
